Create a remarkable website for a remarkable Project. Create an experience based environment that does justice to the innovative nature of this campaign.

Concept
The website that serves as the heart and soul of Volvo’s remarkable Life on Board Project is a journey in itself. Visitors enter the 3D world of the Project in which they are invited to wander and fly through all hundreds of pieces of rich media content that where produced or used during the seven production months of this Project. The website feels like an unguided tour through a mysterious city built out of books, CD jewel cases, dossier folders, miniature cars, video tapes, DVD boxes, scraps of paper, photo frames and 7 real sized video players. Read the production notes, glance through the behind the scenes photography, check the car info and of course watch all seven online films in high quality streaming video.

Internet innovation? But of course. Enjoy the useful dock based short cut navigation at the bottom and top, the DVD-like chapter selector in the video section and read the short commercial breaks we like to refer to as ‘load-vertising’. About the Life on Board Project
Take an interesting person with an amazing life story. Then take another interesting person they’ve never met before. Put them in a car and ask them to share their stories and talk about life in general as they drive through inspiring locations across the world. This is the Life On Board Project: a series of short documentary films that reflect the richness of everyday life as people experience it in their cars. Through the unscripted conversations that take place, these films explore and investigate themes of beauty, courage, innovation, sharing and everything that Volvo considers when creating a car 'For Life'.
